How Access Is Organized
Materials fall into three tiers. Instructor-only resources (the test bank, answer key, exam keys, capstone rubric, and instructor guide) stay behind instructor or organization access and are never distributed to students. Course materials that come with the bulk order (the syllabi, chapter slide decks, exams, and the capstone assignment) go to the class as part of the course. The Student Workbook is separate from all of that — it isn’t part of the toolkit at all. It’s always watermarked and sold as its own title, one copy per student, with its own ISBN through Ingram and standard book-trade channels, the same way the companion guide itself is sold.

This permission does not cover resale, public posting, posting instructor answer keys or rubrics, redistribution to other organizations, inclusion in commercial courseware, or reuse outside the adopting class or program. The guide itself and the Student Workbook are sold separately, through their own ISBNs, and are not covered by this classroom-copy permission — reproducing or sharing a copy of either is never permitted, beyond brief excerpts allowed by law.
